The Pumicestone Blue Resort is located in Caloundra Queensland, one and a half hours from Brisbane international airport.The resort offers family-friendly accommodation in 53 stylish one- bedroom apartments in the quieter, beachside location of Caloundra, Queensland. The amenities include fitness equipment, rooftop sun terrace with lap pool and spa, sauna, Internet access in public areas, secure parking, and barbeque grills. Tour assistance is also on offer and a range of water activities are close by. Convenient dining is available in a cafe located on the street- level piazza which adjoins a retail precinct.All 53 apartments have a balcon with ocean view. Fully-equipped kitchens have European appliances and living areas have air-conditioning, cable TVs, DVD players, dining tables, and desks. Irons and ironing boards are provided. Bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryers, separate showers, and jetted bathtubs.Schoolies 2009: Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period 15 November 2009 to 7 December 2009. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be canceled, NO refund will be given.
